Position: Network Operations Manager

Compensation: $140,000 – $180,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Network Operations Manager to join their team!

As a Network Operations Manager, you'll lead a dynamic team to manage critical network technologies, providing essential support for business connectivity and security needs. This is an exciting opportunity to drive network strategies and manage cutting-edge technologies in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Lead and manage a team of network and security engineers

• Ensure network infrastructure availability and reliability

• Monitor network performance and resolve issues promptly

• Develop and enforce network policies and standards

• Manage Palo Alto firewalls, Cisco devices, and F5 load balancers

• Collaborate with network security team to mitigate threats

• Lead network infrastructure projects and upgrades

• Maintain up-to-date network documentation

• Manage vendor relationships and support network components

• Assist in budget planning for network operations

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 7-10 years in network engineering or operations

• 3-5 years in a leadership or management role

• Experience with Palo Alto, Cisco, F5, and Prisma Access VPN

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

• Excellent leadership and communication skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer (PCNSE)

• Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)

• Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE)

• F5 Certified Administrator
