Position: Senior Network Engineer

Compensation: $65 – 72/hour

Location: Houston, Texas

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Senior Network Engineer to join their team!

Join a dynamic team as a Senior Network Engineer where you’ll play a critical role in modernizing the enterprise network across 80+ sites. This position offers the exciting opportunity to lead migration projects from Cisco to Aruba, contributing to large-scale refresh initiatives. The role is open due to expansion, and you’ll be part of a small, dedicated team working directly with decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Support and optimize enterprise network across 80+ sites
• Lead migration projects from Cisco to Aruba
• Troubleshoot and design routing protocols
• Execute large refresh initiatives
• Collaborate with a small team on network upgrades
• Travel 20–30% for projects
• Maintain up-to-date network documentation
• Ensure security best practices across networks

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 5-8+ years in network engineering
• Strong routing expertise in BGP and OSPF
• Experience with Cisco and Aruba platforms
• Enterprise migration/refresh project experience
• Excellent documentation & communication skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Relevant certifications (CCNP, JNCIP)
• Experience with Zero Trust network architectures
• Proficiency in Aruba EdgeConnect SD-WAN solutions
