Position: Software Development Manager

Compensation: $ 120,000 – $ 140,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Software Development Manager to join their team!

Join an exciting opportunity to lead and mentor a dynamic software development team. This role is pivotal in driving processes, coaching, and finding solutions within a collaborative environment. With a hybrid work model, you’ll have the flexibility of working from home on Mondays and Fridays while engaging with the team in the office on other days. This new headcount is an opportunity to shape the future of the company’s internal enterprise business systems.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Oversee software development and support teams
• Provide management direction to customer implementation teams
• Develop project plans and roadmaps
• Communicate with senior leadership on project activities
• Lead, mentor, and coach team members
• Facilitate prioritization requests from business stakeholders
• Manage software development lifecycle processes
• Oversee operations and maintenance of software applications

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience in a Scrum/Agile environment
• 5-7 years of managing technical projects
• 3+ years in a leadership role
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with Deltek Costpoint implementation
• Product Owner experience
• PMP Certification
• Knowledge of ServiceNow platform
• Knowledge of Microsoft DevOps platform
