Position: Sr Fixed Assets Accountant

Compensation: $120,000 – $130,000 

Location: Houston, Texas

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Sr Fixed Assets Accountant to join their team!

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Manage Depreciation, Depletion & Amortization processes
• Maintain fixed asset subledger accurately
• Classify assets properly as capital or expense
• Track construction-in-progress and transition to fixed assets
• Record acquisitions, transfers, retirements, and disposals
• Collaborate with internal teams for asset management

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 10-15 years of accounting experience
• Strong understanding of Fixed Assets Accounting
• Experience in the Oil/Gas industry
• Proficiency in managing asset subledgers
• Ability to classify assets accurately

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Familiarity with capital versus expense classification
• Background in asset management processes
