Position: Cisco UC Solutions Architect

Compensation: $ 75 – 81 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Cisco UC Solutions Architect to join their team!

Join a leading organization and play a pivotal role in designing and implementing cutting-edge Cisco Unified Communications solutions. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-impact projects, collaborate with leadership, and drive technological advancements. The role is open due to the company’s commitment to expanding its IT capabilities and enhancing communication platforms.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Design and implement Cisco UC and collaboration platforms
• Integrate voice, video, messaging, and conferencing tools
• Assess requirements and create scalable architecture
• Build proof of concept and integrate teams for Webex
• Create diagrams and architecture for leadership presentations
• Oversee integration of Cisco UC components
• Develop and architect comprehensive solutions
• Create detailed network diagrams and configuration guides

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Exceptional communication skills
• Experience with Avaya to Cisco Integration
• Knowledge of Cisco UC, Unity, Webex, and Cisco Integrations
• Expertise in VoIP, gateways, routing, and switching

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience in creating training materials for network configurations
• Ability to collaborate effectively with leadership
