Position: Bookkeeper

Compensation: $55,000 annually

Location: Edmond, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Bookkeeper/Estimator to join their team!

Join a dynamic team where you will play a crucial role in both bookkeeping and estimating functions. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a team that values collaboration and a “get it done” mentality. The role is open due to the company’s growth and need for additional support in managing financial operations and project estimations.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Collaborate closely with all team members
• Prepare and upload weekly Amex Sheet
• Receive and enter bills into QuickBooks Online
• Maintain financial spreadsheets and enter journal entries
• Manage credit card processing and subscription setup
• Complete monthly sales tax reports using Salesforce data
• Record postage-related transactions in QuickBooks Online
• Update and maintain the Daily Proposal Dashboard
• Estimate all jobs and develop quotes
• Participate in daily A/E meetings

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
• Minimum 2 years of experience
• Attention to data accuracy

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with estimating or project management
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Stripe, and Asana
• Problem-solving skills
