Position: Accountant

Compensation: $ 65,000 – $ 85,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Sand Springs, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Accountant to join their team!

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Accountant to oversee a wide range of accounting functions, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data. The role is open due to growth, providing a chance to be part of a laid-back team environment where culture is key. You’ll work onsite from Monday to Friday, 8-5, in a group that values integrity, trust, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Oversee accounting functions ensuring data accuracy and integrity
• Prepare journal entries and execute accounting reconciliations
• Manage prepaid expense accounts and amortization schedules
• Handle annual property tax filings and ensure timely submissions
• Analyze financial data to support business planning
• Review and recommend changes to enhance efficiency
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations
• Support audits by providing required documentation

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of accounting experience in a corporate setting
• Proficient in GAAP and financial reporting
• Experience with ERP systems like SAP or NetSuite
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• CPA certification or progress toward certification
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
• Experience improving accounting workflows or systems
• Participation in accounting system implementations or upgrades
• Experience with Power BI
