Position: Network Engineer

Compensation: $36 – $41 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Kansas City, Missouri

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Implement network changes during controlled maintenance windows
• Troubleshoot and correct network anomalies
• Provide Tier II support for Network Operations Center
• Document network configurations and troubleshooting steps
• Perform routine and emergency maintenance on Core Network
• Review and prepare for planned modifications to production environment
• Utilize Network Performance Monitoring tools
• Ensure accurate trouble ticketing timelines and notifications
• Provide feedback on design issues or improvements

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 3 to 6 years in Telecommunications environment
• Experience in analysis and design of transport networks
• Experience with equipment configuration programming
