Position: Sr. Planner Store Design

Compensation: $85,000 – $90,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Katy, Texas

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Sr. Planner Store Design to join their team!

This is your chance to work on exciting projects, from new store openings to remodeling existing spaces. If you have a passion for space planning and love managing multiple projects, this is the opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Design store layouts and architectural plans
• Work on new store openings and remodels
• Present designs to executive leadership
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Collaborate with real estate and architecture firms
• Develop floor plans based on real estate plans
• Ensure designs meet company standards
• Utilize AutoCAD and Revit for design tasks
• Coordinate with internal teams for project success

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
• Experience in architectural design or space planning
• Ability to manage multiple projects
• Strong presentation skills
• Knowledge of blueprint design

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience in retail or hospitality design
• Familiarity with grocery store layout planning
• Understanding of real estate development
