Position: Development Manager

Compensation: $ 75 – 90 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Kansas City, Missouri

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Development Manager to join their team!

Join a dynamic solutions architecutre group as a Development Manager, where you will oversee the execution of complex technology projects. This role offers a unique opportunity to bridge technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment with strategic visions. If you're a strong leader with deep technical expertise and a passion for driving successful program delivery, this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Oversee the development and delivery of software soluitons.
• Manage multi-disciplinary teams to execute software products to meet business needs. 
• Communicate with business stakeholders to understand, translate, and execute on technical needs. 
• Review and provide recommendations on technical architecure. 
• Remove roadblocks and actively persue opportunities to enhance team efficiency.
• Manage resources and workflow allocation to deliver best results.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in technolgy deliver or solutions architecture. 
• 5+ years of experience leading cross functional or inter-disciplinary teams.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale solutions.
• Strong understanding of system architecture and cloud platforms.
• Expertise in agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Deep knowledge of security standards and compliance requirements.
• Exceptional ability to mentor and inspire development teams.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Experience managing off-shore teams.
