Position: Project Manager

Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 

Location: Englewood, Colorado

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Lead large-scale, complex projects with multiple stakeholders
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables
• Create and execute project plans
• Evaluate trade-offs between project size, cost, and stakeholder value
• Build and coach project teams throughout lifecycle
• Create risk mitigation strategies
• Prepare and present project status reports

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• More than six years of project management experience
• Experience with project and portfolio management tools
• Excellent team leadership and communication skills
• Ability to anticipate risks and devise solutions
• Understanding of software development lifecycles
• Experience using Azure DevOps or similar tools

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• PMP certification preferred
• Experience with Agile, SCRUM, or Waterfall methodologies
• Business analysis or technical experience
• Experience in a fast-paced, changing environment

Other Information:

• Hybrid role with three days on-site per week
• Compliance with company policies is mandatory
• Interview process includes multiple stages with HR and team panels
