Position: AP Specialist

Compensation: $ 45,000 – $ 55,000

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company in oil & gas to help find a skilled AP Specialist to join their team!

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Enter and code invoices in OpenInvoice
• Monitor and respond to payables emails/phone calls
• Review vendor statements and reconcile discrepancies
• Communicate with vendors regarding payments
• Maintain digital and physical AP records
• Support vendor setup and W-9 collection
• Log and deposit all incoming checks
• Greet and assist visitors
• Pick up, sort, and distribute mail
• Order and manage office supply inventory

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 2+ years in a receptionist or accounting support role
• Proficient in Enertia, OpenInvoice, and Excel
• Detail-oriented and a strong communicator
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience in the oil & gas industry
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills
