Position: Technical Support Lead
Compensation: $38 – $42/hour, depending on experience
Location: Onsite – Atlanta, Georgia
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Technical Support Lead to join their team!
Join a dynamic team to oversee and optimize payment technologies for a leading brand. This role offers the opportunity to manage processes, support product stability, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. It’s an exciting chance to contribute to a thriving company with a focus on innovation and growth.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Provide Level 3 support for payment IT products.
- Lead coordination activities for payment platforms.
- Establish connections with brand and franchisee teams.
- Mentor team members for project ownership.
- Develop executive dashboard reporting for leadership.
- Ensure adoption and implementation of technology goals.
- Collaborate to gather requirements for technology programs.
- Plan effectively and utilize time management skills.
- Serve as point of contact for franchisee and vendor escalations.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in point of sale or payment technologies.
- Intermediate skills in JIRA and Confluence.
- Expert level skills with Microsoft Excel.
- 3-5 years of project management or IT staff management experience.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- PMP certification.
- Experience with restaurant industry technology vendors.
- Strong presentation skills.
