Position: Helpdesk Manager

Compensation: $ 33 – 36 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Helpdesk Manager to join their team!

Join a well-established company with over 70 years of success. As a Helpdesk Manager, you will lead a team of five in Oklahoma City, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service. Key Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Lead and oversee the helpdesk team in Oklahoma City
  • Ensure efficient workflow and customer service
  • Collaborate with the Tulsa manager for cohesive team management
  • Implement technology solutions to enhance information flow
  • Provide training and exposure to various technologies
  • Maintain a clean driving record and valid Oklahoma Driver’s License
  • Handle after-hours work as needed

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven leadership experience in a technical environment
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Technical knowledge from previous support roles
  • Experience in managing teams effectively
  • Valid Oklahoma Driver’s License

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in a larger company setting
  • Familiarity with diverse technology environments
