Position: Helpdesk Manager
Compensation: $ 33 – 36 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Helpdesk Manager to join their team!
Join a well-established company with over 70 years of success. As a Helpdesk Manager, you will lead a team of five in Oklahoma City, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service. Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Lead and oversee the helpdesk team in Oklahoma City
- Ensure efficient workflow and customer service
- Collaborate with the Tulsa manager for cohesive team management
- Implement technology solutions to enhance information flow
- Provide training and exposure to various technologies
- Maintain a clean driving record and valid Oklahoma Driver’s License
- Handle after-hours work as needed
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven leadership experience in a technical environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Technical knowledge from previous support roles
- Experience in managing teams effectively
- Valid Oklahoma Driver’s License
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience in a larger company setting
- Familiarity with diverse technology environments
