Position: Tier 1 IT Support

Compensation: $20 – $24 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Full Remote

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Tier 1 IT Support to join their team!

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Assist stores with point-of-sale system issues
• Provide support for printers and network connectivity
• Collaborate with users at the support center
• Escalate issues to tier 2 when necessary
• Follow documentation for troubleshooting processes

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience in IT support or related field
• Basic knowledge of computer systems
• Strong problem-solving skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• CompTIA+ certification

• Interview process includes two rounds: initial with Michael, followed by team interview
• Schedule: 3 AM – 12 PM MST, Thursday – Monday
