Position: Maintenance Manager

Compensation: $115,000 – $125,000 annually

Location: Catoosa, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Maintenance Manager to join their team!

This is an exciting opportunity to lead and coordinate the maintenance operations in a dynamic industrial setting. The company is a leader in manufacturing heat exchangers, offering solutions for a wide range of industrial applications. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to make a significant impact by optimizing maintenance processes and ensuring the smooth operation of equipment and machinery.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Plan and direct maintenance activities for industrial equipment
• Issue instructions and assign duties to maintenance staff
• Implement process improvements and enhance workflow efficiency
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and policies
• Manage departmental budget and resources effectively
• Coordinate with other departments for seamless operations
• Identify and drive capital investments and improvement projects
• Prepare maintenance reports and monitor trends

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum 5 years of management experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong skills in reading and interpreting technical drawings
• Proficient in computer skills, including email, word processing, and spreadsheets
• Ability to supervise a team of 6 to 10 employees

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing techniques
• Knowledge of machinery maintenance rather than facilities maintenance
• Familiarity with inventory management and quality assurance processes
