Position: Accounts Payable Specialist

Compensation: $22 – $25 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team!

Join a dynamic team where you will lead the end-to-end accounts payable process, ensuring smooth and accurate transactions. The role is open due to expansion, offering you the chance to make a significant impact.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Lead the end-to-end accounts payable process
• Ensure transactions align with GAAP and internal SOPs
• Support 80+ users on the corporate credit card platform
• Post AP transactions with precision and accountability
• Execute weekly check and ACH runs for 150+ payments
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors
• Seek opportunities to improve AP processes

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Associate Degree or equivalent required
• 2 years’ experience in accounts payable for a $30 million company
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
• Working knowledge of standard accounting procedures

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Familiarity with financial software and AP automation tools
