Position: Sr Accountant

Compensation: $86,000 – $130,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Houston, Texas

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Sr Accountant to join their team! This is an exciting opportunity to step into a pivotal role where you'll be responsible for heavy balance sheet work and supporting the plant controller. The organization is a leader in manufacturing, providing innovative packaging and sustainability solutions. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow into a leadership position in the future.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Manage and execute balance sheet reconciliations
• Support plant controller with financial reporting
• Handle SGA (Selling, General, and Administrative expenses)
• Perform cash requisitions and manage fixed assets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for process improvements

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Strong manufacturing background
• Experience in public accounting
• CPA certification is highly preferred

Other Information:

• Position requires 5 days a week onsite presence
