Position: Director of IT Infrastructure

Compensation: $165,000 – $170,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Brighton, Colorado

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Director of IT Infrastructure to join their team!

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Lead IT infrastructure strategy and execution
• Design solutions for team implementation
• Provide expert guidance to team members
• Ensure effective service delivery
• Foster technology improvements and recommendations
• Manage a team of direct reports
• Engage in hands-on technical tasks as needed

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 5 years in management roles
• 10 years in technical positions
• Experience in network engineering and service desk leadership
• Ability to understand and drive service delivery
• Technical architecture expertise

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Familiarity with Palo Alto suite
• Microsoft Azure Architecture knowledge
• ITIL Change Management Champion
• Cybersecurity mindset
• Experience in mid-size enterprise environments
