Position: IT Financial Manager

Compensation: $130,000 – $160,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Kansas City, Missouri

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled IT Financial Manager to join their team!

Join a dynamic and influential team as an IT Financial Manager, where you will oversee the financial strategy and execution of technology-related spending in a multi-billion-dollar enterprise. This role offers the opportunity to partner with business and technology stakeholders, influencing investment decisions and promoting financial accountability. You will lead a cross-functional team, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and driving financial transparency. This position is open due to the need for a backfill, providing a unique opportunity for a skilled professional to make a significant impact.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Define and implement financial goals for the IT department
• Collaborate to develop annual business plans and forecasts
• Manage monthly financial performance and analysis
• Support strategic goals with ad hoc requests
• Promote financial accountability and TBM literacy
• Conduct benchmarking analyses and develop cost models
• Serve as liaison for corporate financial reporting
• Drive technology cost transparency and chargebacks

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum eight years of related experience
• Proficient in Excel
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with Oracle and Microsoft Power BI
• CPA or MBA credentials
• Public accounting experience
