Position: Bookkeeper

Compensation: $ 24 – 26 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Edmond, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Bookkeeper to join their team!

Join a dynamic accounting team as a Staff Bookkeeper, providing full-service bookkeeping for diverse clients. You’ll manage recurring tasks independently, ensuring financial accuracy and client satisfaction. This is your chance to grow and thrive in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Provide full-service bookkeeping for multiple clients
• Perform data entry into QuickBooks
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts monthly
• Track and record loan balances and schedules
• Manage accounts payable and process payments
• Generate invoices and record customer payments
• Assist with preparation of financial statements
• Process payroll and prepare related reports
• Communicate with clients professionally
• Organize and maintain client records

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 2+ years of bookkeeping experience
• Strong proficiency with QuickBooks
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
• Understanding of basic accounting principles
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and follow procedures
• Trustworthy with confidential information

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with payroll processing
• Experience with practice management software
