Position: Program Coordinator

Compensation: $ 35 – 45 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Houston, Texas

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Program Coordinator to join their team!

Join an innovative team as a Program Coordinator, where you'll be the right hand to the CIO, driving ESG reporting and managing financials and budgets for IT and integration projects. This is an exciting opportunity to work on technical integrations, data gathering, and reporting, while enhancing your skills in Excel and Power BI. Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Coordinate and manage ESG reporting initiatives
• Oversee financials and budgets for IT projects
• Support technical integrations and IT operations
• Gather and analyze data for reporting purposes
• Utilize Excel and Power BI for data management
• Collaborate with IT and finance teams
• Act as the CIO's right hand in project management
• Ensure effective communication across teams

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience in ESG reporting and financial management
• Proficiency in Excel and Power BI
• Background in IT or finance
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience with technical integrations

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Project management skills
• Experience in a similar coordinator role
• Knowledge of IT and finance operations
