Position: Epic Applications Analyst

Compensation: $38 – $42 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Epic Applications Analyst to join their team!

Join a dynamic team where you’ll be instrumental in supporting healthcare professionals with cutting-edge software solutions. With a professional environment, you’ll work closely with key stakeholders, providing essential support and training to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Provide support for EPIC software applications
• Troubleshoot ambulatory tickets and software issues
• Train non-technical staff on EPIC workflows
• Collaborate with doctors and executives
• Maintain professional attire and demeanor
• Travel to clinic locations as needed
• Participate in knowledge-sharing with the team

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience with EPIC Software
• Strong ambulatory troubleshooting skills
• Proven experience with EPIC ticket resolution
• Ability to train non-technical staff
• Professional communication skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience in a healthcare environment
• Familiarity with clinic operations
• Knowledge of EPIC program workflows
