Position: Staff Accountant

Compensation: $30 – $33 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Staff Accountant to join their team!

This position has the potential to convert to a permanent role based on performance.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Perform complex accounting activities for cost splitting and financial reporting.
• Assist in updating cost records in line with regulatory changes.
• Prepare and process annual billing statements and reconcile accounts.
• Process invoices and payments for joint use and rental agreements.
• Communicate with stakeholders about billing and financial reporting.
• Analyze accounting data and prepare journal entries.
• Interact with auditors on various matters.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance with 12 hours of Accounting.
• 3 years of directly related experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP.
• Strong communication skills for client interactions.
• Knowledge of GAAP principles.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience in regulatory environments.
• CPA or candidate pursuing CPA.
