Position: Billing Manager

Compensation: $90,000 – $100,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Okmulgee, Oklahoma

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Manage billing system, including calculations and processing
• Oversee billing adjustments and service orders
• Ensure accurate and timely payment posting and reconciliation
• Manage relationships with third-party payment vendors
• Oversee collection processes with external agencies
• Ensure accuracy of power and consumer cost adjustments
• Prepare Franchise Tax Report for accounting
• Promote team spirit and enthusiasm within the department

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Accounting or equivalent
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
• Valid Oklahoma driver’s license
• Strong leadership and communication skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with electric cooperative billing systems
• Background in billing management
• Familiarity with third-party collections
