Position: Order To Cash Manager

Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Houston, Texas

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Manage and lead a team of billing, credit, and collections professionals
• Execute credit and collections strategies aligned with industry best practices
• Implement a scalable, efficient billing process across multiple service lines
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve disputes and ensure timely revenue recognition
• Oversee the full order-to-cash cycle, optimizing handoffs between departments
• Monitor and evaluate customer credit risk and set credit terms
• Ensure timely collections and minimize aged receivables
• Provide regular reporting on AR aging, cash forecasting, and credit exposure
• Utilize ERP, TMS, and AR tools to streamline billing and collections

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in credit, collections, and billing
• Proven managerial experience in a high-volume, B2B logistics environment
• Strong understanding of freight billing and contract-based invoicing
• Experience with enterprise ERP and AR systems
• Excellent leadership and communication skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Familiarity with EDI invoicing and accessorial billing
• Experience working with global customers
• Knowledge of credit reviews, factoring, or trade finance tools
• Professional certification
