Position: Manager – Application Development

Compensation: $113,000 – $142,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Broomfield, Colorado

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Lead the core development team across scrum teams
• Collaborate with Enterprise Project Management Office
• Create a supportive team-oriented work climate
• Ensure high-quality software solutions delivery
• Implement continuous improvement processes
• Work with external vendors for integrated solutions
• Stay current with vendor strategic roadmaps

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Six years’ experience with financial institution technologies
• Experience in software development methodologies
• Leadership and people management experience
• Ability to influence executive leadership
• Understanding of agile project management practices

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent
• Hands-on experience with core banking applications
• Knowledge of IBM’s AIX operating system
• SQL development, HTML, JavaScript knowledge
• Experience with ITIL framework
