Position: Human Resources Coordinator

Compensation: $23 – $25 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Human Resources Coordinator to join their team!

As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the HR department, ensuring smooth operations in employee benefits, payroll, recruitment, and compliance. This opportunity offers a chance to contribute to impactful wellness programs and policy development, making a difference in the employee experience.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Maintain comprehensive employee personnel files
• Update policies, handbooks, and related documents
• Process employment verifications and background checks
• Collaborate on recruitment and onboarding activities
• Administer employee benefits programs
• Coordinate annual Open Enrollment process
• Manage payroll system information
• Implement new hire orientation and recognition programs
• Develop employee health and wellness programs
• Assist with HR-related inquiries and customer service

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
• 1 year of professional HR management experience
• Knowledge of HR policies and regulations
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience with employee relations and payroll

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with Workday, Adobe Sign, Office 365
• HR-related certifications (PHR, SHRM-CP, CPP)
• Experience in compliance or performance tracking
• Familiarity with audit preparation or HR compliance reviews
