Position: Customer Success Manager

Compensation: $ 100000 – 120000 annually, depending on experience

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Customer Success Manager to join their team!

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Drive customer success as the primary contact for named accounts
  • Monitor client utilization and satisfaction
  • Manage customer expectations and implement action plans
  • Track and improve churn rate and satisfaction scores
  • Build relationships with key influencers within assigned partners
  • Educate clients on available solutions and upgrades
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and releases
  • Protect business with current partners from competitors

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Approximately 3-5 years experience in a customer success role
  • Outstanding relationship and rapport-building abilities
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills
  • Willingness to travel at least 25% to visit accounts

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

  • Salesforce and Gainsight experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Skilled at troubleshooting with a logical approach
