Position: Help Desk Support

Compensation: $60,000 – $70,000 

Location: Denver, Colorado

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Provide exceptional technical support to end-users
• Resolve issues in-person, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with executives to address technical challenges
• Identify and troubleshoot hardware and software problems
• Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience in a technical support role
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and solve problems
• Familiarity with troubleshooting hardware and software issues

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience in the oil and gas industry
• Background in working with executive-level clients
