Position: Electrical CAD Technician

Compensation: $24 – $26 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Chesterfield, Missouri

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Electrical CAD Technician to join their team!

This is an exciting opportunity to work onsite in a collaborative environment alongside Designers, Engineers, and Project Managers. The role is focused on creating and revising technical drawings for electrical substations, providing a chance to contribute to impactful projects. .

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Prepare new drawings and revise existing engineering drawings
• Adhere to company and client drafting standards
• Follow ANSI standard drafting practices
• Draft, design, and document various projects
• Utilize various drafting and design software
• Assist with ad hoc projects assigned by managers

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Associate’s degree in CAD-related program or specialized CAD certification
• Minimum 2 years of relevant drafting experience
• Proficient in AutoCAD
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with AutoCAD Electrical
• Experience with Revit
• Self-motivated and eager learner
