Position: Senior IAM Specialist

Compensation: $100,000 – $130,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Senior IAM Specialist to join their team!

As the team gears up for new challenges, including a significant hospital expansion, they are searching for a proactive and skilled Systems Analyst to ensure seamless operations. Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Manage Identity Access Management in a healthcare setting
• Facilitate account setups with EHR systems, preferably Oracle/Cerner
• Automate IAM processes and lead team initiatives
• Collaborate with multiple teams for seamless integration
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards
• Conduct access reviews and maintain least privilege access
• Participate in the migration to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Strong experience with Microsoft Entra ID
• Proficiency in M365 and automation tools
• Knowledge of EHR systems and clinical workflows
• Understanding of IAM principles in healthcare
• Experience with authentication protocols like SAML, OAuth2

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with Oracle/Cerner Millennium
• Familiarity with hybrid environments and shared resources
• Skills in scripting languages for automation
• Previous IAM project rollout experience
