Position: Desktop Support Technician

Compensation: $25 – $30/hour, depending on experience

Location: ONSITE – New Albany, Ohio

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Desktop Support Technician to join their team!

Join us at an exciting time of growth as we open a brand-new office in New Albany, Ohio! We’re looking for a Desktop Support Technician to be a key player in growing this location!

In this role, you’ll provide hands-on support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, helping employees stay productive and connected. This is a unique chance to make an immediate impact, grow alongside the office, and be part of a team shaping the success of a new location.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Provide desktop and floor support for Windows systems
• Interact with managers and team members confidently
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
• Utilize Active Directory and Windows Imaging
• Ensure excellent customer service and communication
• Maintain mobility and perform physical tasks as needed

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 2 – 5 years of of Desktop Support experience
• Experience with Windows systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft products
• Experience with Active Directory
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience in a similar role within a growing company
• Familiarity with new office setups

• Work onsite from 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM Monday-Thursday and 7:00 AM -1:00 PM on Fridays
