Position: BI Engineering Manager

Compensation: $ 155,000 – 160,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Full Remote

This opportunity is a key part of the Enterprise Analytics team, focusing on Integrated Logistics Analytics. Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Lead a team of BI Engineers in Integrated Logistics Analytics
• Maintain relationships through stakeholder calls
• Ensure sound engineering decisions via design reviews
• Coordinate BI team actions with regular stand-ups
• Hire and manage an effective engineering team
• Set and execute strategic direction with leadership
• Contribute to technical strategy and data warehouse design
• Spend 10-15% of time on development tasks

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 5+ years building in BI tools
• 5+ years writing and optimizing SQL
• Experience with cloud data warehouse platforms
• Strong technical leadership skills
• Experience mentoring or managing BI Engineers

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Deep Power BI experience
• Strong visual design skills
• Experience with Snowflake
• Logistics or warehousing experience
• Product management fundamentals for BI assets
