Position: Treasury Management Specialist

Compensation: $ 25 – 30 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Rogers, Arkansas

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Treasury Management Specialist to join their team!

Join a dynamic team working on a repapering project for over 1400 business clients. This role offers a unique opportunity to enhance your skills in contract management and client relations. The position is open due to an exciting project initiative, providing a chance to make a significant impact. You’ll work onsite, collaborating closely with bank advisors and clients, ensuring seamless contract transitions.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Prepare new sales contracts for existing clients
• Collaborate with Risk Management to secure approved paperwork
• Initiate and track client paperwork activities
• Contact business clients via email and phone
• Build rapport and verify authenticity with clients
• Work with advisors to get new agreements signed
• Ensure clients are re-contracted efficiently
• Leverage customer relationships to build trust

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheets
• Professional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable and professional on the phone
• Solid computer skills, including spreadsheets

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Prior banking experience
