Position: Reliability Engineer

Compensation: $45 – $65 /hour 

Location: Houston, Texas

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Reliability Engineer to join their team!

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Assess environment and culture from a reliability standpoint
• Design and implement new reliability systems
• Conduct root cause analysis on equipment failure
• Collaborate with SCADA and field teams
• Develop plans to enhance equipment longevity
• Influence both corporate and field personnel

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience as a reliability engineer
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work with both corporate and field teams
• Background in Petroleum Engineering preferred

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience in water infrastructure or Oil & Gas environments
• Dashboard experience with Tableau or Power BI
• Bilingual in Spanish
