Position: Accountant

Compensation: $28 – $30 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Accountant to join their team!

Join a dynamic and growing team where every day brings new challenges and opportunities. This company offers tailored luxury residential and commercial construction services and is expanding rapidly. The role is open due to growth and offers potential for advancement into a controller position. You’ll work closely with a small, dedicated team in a laid-back, family-oriented environment. Your primary focus will be on managing financials for a new restaurant franchise, ensuring smooth payroll and AP/AR operations.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Manage payroll and accounts payable/receivable
• Support financial operations across multiple entities
• Utilize QuickBooks for accounting tasks
• Assist with financial reporting and analysis
• Collaborate with team members on various projects
• Maintain accurate financial records
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Strong Excel skills
• Proficiency in QuickBooks
• Bookkeeping experience
• BA degree or equivalent experience

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience in a construction or franchise environment
• Familiarity with financial software and tools
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
