Position: Procurement Data Entry Specialist

Compensation: $19.00

Location: Lewisville, Texas

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Procurement Data Entry Specialist to join their team!

This exciting entry-level opportunity involves working with vendor accounts and ensuring data accuracy using Workday. Our client is seeking a self-starter who thrives in a team environment and can make an immediate impact. This role offers the potential for contract extension or conversion based on performance. Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Update vendor accounts and manage service requests
• Communicate with vendors via phone, email, and in person
• Review and update data using Excel
• Create status reports and provide updates to the team
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic familiarity with data entry
• Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Detail-oriented and organized

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Prior experience with Workday
• Experience with CCC1 software
