Position: Procurement Coordinator

Compensation: $70,000 – $80,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Houston, Texas

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Source materials for operational needs and capital projects
• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers
• Negotiate contracts and pricing terms
• Ensure suppliers meet quality standards and deadlines
• Manage purchase orders and ensure compliance
• Track shipments and resolve procurement issues
• Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock
• Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, purchasing, or equivalent
• 2 – 5 years of supply chain management experience
• Strong negotiation skills
• Experience with ERP systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience within the oil and gas industry
• Expertise in document control and engineering drawings
• Ability to interpret component drawings

• Full-time position: Monday – Thursday (9 hours) & Friday (4 hours)
