Position: Treasury Operations Manager

Compensation: $120,000 – $130,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Treasury Operations Manager to join their team!

The role is open due to organizational changes and the need for someone to streamline processes and drive improvements. You’ll be at the heart of global treasury operations, influencing change and implementing innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Manage daily cash movements and liquidity
• Create and enhance short-term cash forecasting
• Optimize cash funding requirements with external partners
• Support capital markets activities and refinancing
• Lead treasury technology implementation
• Ensure timely treasury payments and journal entries
• Drive process improvements and controls
• Supervise a team of treasury professionals
• Manage accounting and reporting for treasury operations
• Collaborate to solve treasury-related issues

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or relevant discipline
• 5+ years corporate treasury experience
• Knowledge of public company reporting requirements
• Experienced with Oracle
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self-starter with collaborative skills
• Ability to manage a team and prioritize workflows
• Organized and detail-oriented

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Certified Treasury Professional
• Experience with Fides, TM5
• Public accounting experience
• Experience in international treasury management
• Experience with new systems implementation
• Familiarity with corporate guarantee facilities
