Position: AP Specialist

Compensation: $55,000 – $60,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Houston, Texas

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled AP Specialist to join their team!

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Review and process vendor invoices for raw materials and supplies
• Match invoices with purchase orders and resolve discrepancies
• Process check runs, ACH payments, and wire transfers timely
• Reconcile vendor statements and maintain supplier relationships
• Track and process freight and utilities invoices
• Maintain organized AP files for audits and reporting
• Assist in month-end close and accruals
• Support internal controls and compliance with policies
• Collaborate with purchasing and production departments

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2+ years of accounts payable experience
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
• Familiarity with ERP systems and strong Excel skills
• Understanding of 3-way match process

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with inventory-related invoice flows
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
