Position: Desktop Support

Compensation: $26 – $29 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Malvern, Ohio

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Desktop Support to join their team!

You’ll be part of a forward-thinking team, contributing to a major upgrade to Windows 11. If you have a knack for customer service and technical expertise, this role is your chance to shine!

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Install and remove software efficiently
• Perform imaging for Windows 11 upgrades
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Interact confidently with managers and staff
• Ensure seamless Active Directory operations
• Maintain mobility and adaptability in various settings

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 1-5 years of experience with Windows desktop support
• Proficiency in Microsoft products
• Experience with Active Directory
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift and maneuver equipment

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience in software imaging processes
• Technical certifications in Microsoft products
• Previous experience in a similar role
