Position: Project Coordinator

Compensation: $60,000 – $70,000 DOE

Location: Catoosa, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a global manufacturer to help find a skilled Project Coordinator to join their team!

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocations
• Coordinate with engineering, production, and procurement teams
• Monitor project milestones and deliverables
• Maintain accurate project documentation
• Prepare and distribute regular updates to stakeholders
• Serve as a liaison between departments and vendors
• Facilitate meetings and document action items
• Track project expenses and manage budgets

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• BA or BS degree in business administration or engineering
• 2+ years of project coordination experience
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, smart sheet)
• Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, or oil & gas
