Position: Sr Software Developer
Compensation: $100,000 – $125,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Design and develop scalable C# applications
- Write and optimize SQL Server queries and database schemas
- Develop PowerShell scripts for automation tasks
- Utilize Azure cloud technologies for application deployment
- Integrate applications using Microsoft Power Platform tools
- Collaborate with teams to design solutions meeting business needs
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Follow best practices for coding and security
- Provide technical leadership and mentor junior developers
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5 years of experience in C#/.NET development
- Experience in writing and debugging PowerShell scripts
- Hands-on experience with Power Platform tools
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience in the Banking/Mortgage industry
- Knowledge of modern front-end technologies like Blazor, React, or Angular
- Certifications in Azure or Power Platform technologies
