Position: Sr Software Developer

Compensation: $100,000 – $125,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Design and develop scalable C# applications
• Write and optimize SQL Server queries and database schemas
• Develop PowerShell scripts for automation tasks
• Utilize Azure cloud technologies for application deployment
• Integrate applications using Microsoft Power Platform tools
• Collaborate with teams to design solutions meeting business needs
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Follow best practices for coding and security
• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior developers
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 5 years of experience in C#/.NET development
• Experience in writing and debugging PowerShell scripts
• Hands-on experience with Power Platform tools
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience in the Banking/Mortgage industry
• Knowledge of modern front-end technologies like Blazor, React, or Angular
• Certifications in Azure or Power Platform technologies
