Position: Physical Therapist

Compensation: $80,000 – $120,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Provide clinical patient care by initiating and administering appropriate treatment
• Evaluate patients accurately and plan appropriate treatment
• Set and meet functional goals, revising treatment as goals are met
• Maintain accurate daily patient charges and treatment records
• Provide instruction to patients, families, and healthcare providers
• Attend and participate in continuing education activities
• Assist with training of new P.T. employees
• Schedule and prioritize daily work assignments
• Delegate patients to RPTA or other support personnel as appropriate

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduation from an accredited school of Physical Therapy
• Valid State of Oklahoma Licensure or Temporary Letter of Authorization
• 0 – 6 months related experience
• Effective interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge for data input and reporting

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with patient/family education and home program documentation
• Attendance in departmental in-services and meetings
• Knowledge of care path guidelines
