Position: Asset Management Specialist

Compensation: $60,000 – $65,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Lenexa Kansas

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Asset Management Specialist to join their team!

Join a dynamic and forward-thinking organization as an Asset Management Specialist. This role is pivotal to the company's IT Asset Management function, focusing on procurement, tracking, deployment, and lifecycle management of network/server hardware. This opportunity offers the chance to work in a self-managed, independent role. You'll handle shipments, asset documentation, and vendor coordination using ServiceNow. Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Handle procurement and purchase orders for network and IT hardware
• Manage all incoming and outgoing shipments of IT/network equipment
• Track and maintain asset database in ServiceNow
• Act as main contact for remote sites regarding network billing and asset assignment
• Collaborate with Accounting on chargebacks and billing reconciliation

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of experience with ServiceNow
• Experience in asset database management within ServiceNow
• Proficiency in handling network and IT hardware
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Certifications in ServiceNow
• Experience in a large enterprise environment
• Familiarity with Cisco equipment
