Position: Outside Sales Representative

Compensation: $45,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Oklahoma
Open to hiring in Ardmore, Western OK, Lawton, Altus, Muskogee, Enid, Clinton, Weatherford, Hobart, Bartlesville, Elk City, Marlow

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Outside Sales Representative to join their team!

With no degree required and open industry experience, this is a golden opportunity to excel in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be generating your own leads and will be reimbursed for mileage, making it a rewarding role for those who love the thrill of the chase.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Promote and sell a portfolio of products and services
• Deliver compelling sales presentations
• Coordinate with teams to address customer requirements
• Establish clear customer expectations
• Maintain accurate records using Salesforce.com
• Complete required training programs
• Foster collaboration across departments
• Perform general administrative duties

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of outside sales experience
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
• Experience in prospecting and account development
• Strong technical aptitude in telecommunications or technology
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies
• Collaborative and customer-focused approach
• Strong problem-solving abilities
