Position: Software Development Supervisor
Compensation: $140,000 – $175,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Overland Park, Kansas

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Guide agile team operations for timely project delivery
- Mentor and support developers’ professional growth
- Translate business requirements into technical tasks
- Coordinate production release processes
- Lead technical planning and design reviews
- Ensure adherence to coding standards and quality practices
- Oversee DevOps processes and Azure DevOps pipelines
- Contribute to codebase improvements and troubleshooting
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in software development, strong .NET and cloud-first architectures
- Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks like React or Angular
- 2+ years with Microsoft Azure technologies
- Proven leadership in a team lead or supervisory role
- Expertise in Agile methodologies and tools
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with secure coding practices and OAuth authentication
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation tools
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to continuous learning and team culture
- Experience managing technology vendor relationships
