Position: Software Development Supervisor

Compensation: $140,000 – $175,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Overland Park, Kansas

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Guide agile team operations for timely project delivery
• Mentor and support developers’ professional growth
• Translate business requirements into technical tasks
• Coordinate production release processes
• Lead technical planning and design reviews
• Ensure adherence to coding standards and quality practices
• Oversee DevOps processes and Azure DevOps pipelines
• Contribute to codebase improvements and troubleshooting

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 8+ years in software development, strong .NET and cloud-first architectures
• Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks like React or Angular
• 2+ years with Microsoft Azure technologies
• Proven leadership in a team lead or supervisory role
• Expertise in Agile methodologies and tools
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with secure coding practices and OAuth authentication
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation tools
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to continuous learning and team culture
• Experience managing technology vendor relationships
